Flounder are Arriving

Water temps are rising and that means the Flounder are arriving! We’re seeing a lot of bite action in the back bays all the way down towards the airport on the back side of Assateague. Bluefish and Kingfish are still plentiful around the Rt. 50 Bridge and we’ve caught some “keeper” size stripers in that area. Sea bass are also making an appearance near the wrecks and reefs as well as a few flounder here and there. Our night time Shark Charters are making big hit just past the surf uptown around 132nd street. We’ve snagged a few nice size sharks this past week. The biggest being around 6ft.

With the holiday weekend just around the corner, we are in full swing here at West OC Watersports. Give us a call today to book your fishing charter with the #1 spot in OC! 410-213-2386!
