Our 16 passenger pontoon comes equipped with one of our finest Coast Guard Certified Captains to ensure you have a good time and that you stay safe. Things to Know:
- We’ve got speakers! Be sure to bring a device with an audio jack.
- Bring your own food and beverage. Coolers with ice available for use while onboard.
- All guests must be 21 years of age or older UNLESS booking the private charter. Guests under the age of 21 will be allowed on private charters. Please keep in mind we do not condone nor allow underage drinking on ANY charter. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

- Everyone on board must be 21+ years of age.

- No illicit drugs
- We reserve the right to refuse rental to any parties who are noticeably belligerent or intoxicated.

Do you have to be 21?
For a public tiki party boat rental, you must be 21 years of age or older. If booked as a private charter you may have persons under the age of 21 years. You must have someone 18 years or older as legal guardian for private charters that include guests under the age of 18 years. Alcohol is only to be consumed by guests 21 years of age or older with a valid ID.
Can we go out longer than 1.5 hours?
Yes! Inquire with our staff about extended bookings.
Do you have a speaker we can connect to?
Yes! We have a brand new, bluetooth speaker.
Can we bring our own drinks?
Yes! It is BYOB, we do not have alcohol for sale.
Should I book the public charter or private?
Totally up to you! Private charters guarantee the use of the whole boat for your party. If you prefer to mingle or don’t mind the possibility of other people being onboard, public is the way to go.
Where are you located?
West OC Watersports is located right next to route 50 bridge, on the docks of Hooper’s Crab House!
What is your cancellation policy?
We go out rain or shine! In the rare case that we have to cancel due to inclement weather, our staff will contact you asap and offer to reschedule or refund your booking. All online bookings for the Safari tour, Tiki charters, and pontoon rentals are non-refundable and non-cancellable. For SAFARI and TIKI bookings made over the phone or in person we allow for cancellations up to two hours prior to your reservation time. We require two hours notice or more for SAFARI and TIKI reservation modifications, each booking may only reschedule once. For PONTOON rental bookings made over the phone or in person you must call greater than 24 hours prior to reservation time for cancellations and reservation modifications.
