Do you have to be 21?
For public Tiki bookings you must be 21 years of age or older. If booked as a private charter you may have persons under the age of 21 years. You must have someone 18 years or older as legal guardian for private charters that include guests under the age of 18 years. Alcohol is only to be consumed by guests 21 years of age or older with a valid ID.
All ages are welcome aboard our pontoon rentals. The driver must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo ID. You do not need a boater’s license as we provide you a temporary one upon arrival.
Can we go out longer than 2 hours?
Yes! Inquire with our staff about extended bookings.
Do you have a speaker we can connect to?
Yes! We have a brand new, bluetooth speaker.
Can we bring our own drinks?
Yes! It is BYOB, we do not have alcohol for sale.
Should I book the public charter or private?
Totally up to you! Private charters guarantee the use of the whole boat for your party. If you prefer to mingle or don’t mind the possibility of other people being onboard, public is the way to go.

Does the tiki boat have a bathroom?
Yes!
Is there any age requirement for the Safari Boat?
No! All ages are welcome!
How long is the Safari tour?
Approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.
Will we see dolphins and the wild ponies of Assateague Island?
We hope so! Majority of our tours do see dolphins and the Assateague Island ponies, however as they are wild animals we cannot 100% guarantee this.
Can my dog come?
Only service animals are allowed on our Safari Boat.
A maximum of two dogs are allowed per pontoon boat rental.
What is your cancellation policy?
We go out rain or shine! In the rare case that we have to cancel due to inclement weather, our staff will contact you asap and offer to reschedule or refund your booking. All online bookings for the Safari tour, Tiki charters, and pontoon rentals are non-refundable and non-cancellable. For SAFARI and TIKI bookings made over the phone or in person we allow for cancellations up to two hours prior to your reservation time. We require two hours notice or more for SAFARI and TIKI reservation modifications, each booking may only reschedule once. For PONTOON rental bookings made over the phone or in person you must call greater than 24 hours prior to reservation time for cancellations and reservation modifications.
